馬的~以後信用卡再也不辦兆豐商銀的....
5月時被網路商家盜刷查了...(金額不大就是了)
當下要求停卡~結果還不讓我停~堅持要幫我查...結果查了1個月~
也沒結果....
沒結果也就算了~終於補發~補了一個月都沒收到~剛剛打電話才知道寄錯...
馬的~寄錯也不會打電話來問...
客服堅持說他們有打電話~靠北~我沒接到這樣算有打喔...回撥也是語音
整個冒火...
還嗆我說~這樣以後都沒優惠...靠
我養兆豐的卡快3年...從來就沒有什麼優惠...連出去玩住宿都比中信還爛
(還不如辦花琪可以看電影買一送一....暗)
