全聯刷卡服務 最快年底上路

超市龍頭全聯福利中心現代化經營向前跨大步，全聯董事長林敏雄昨（24）日證實，已與
多家銀行洽談信用卡合作，以中國信託商業銀行最積極，但也有其他銀行有意搶親，預估
最快年底前全聯就能提供刷卡服務。
全聯目前有超過670家店，由於只收取現金，為找零錢給消費者，每個月要向中央銀行兌
換1元硬幣，平均高達900多萬元。林敏雄說，每月需要的1元硬幣用量龐大，中央銀行也
頗為困擾，多次關切，希望減少兌換量。林敏雄能夠體諒消費者使用信用卡的需求，他強
調，銀行若能讓全聯免付手續費，何樂不為。
林敏雄說，目前以中信銀動作最積極，但雙方還有合作細節尚沒確定，只差最後一哩路。
他指出，還有其他銀行表達興趣，雙方都簽保密協定，最後花落誰家，還不能確定。
全聯發行的福利集點卡已逾450萬張，發卡量在量販超市規模最大，不少銀行看準龐大會
員量的商機，多年來積極爭取合作，希望一次性衝高發卡量。
全聯過去考量客單價低，且民生通路屬低毛利產業，使用信用卡服務必須支付手續費給銀
行，始終拒信用卡於大門之外。
全聯提供使用信用卡服務，讓量販業者憂心。量販業者指出，信用卡可拉高客單價，大宗
採購比例會提高。
