上個月在菲律賓買了手機跟平板，
在回飯店的路上，突然有人持槍把東西搶走，
當下顧及生命安全也沒有做反抗，
隔天上網查了一下發現信用卡有提供購物保險，
在跟客服通完電話就去警察去報案，
為了報案三聯單警察還跟我要了1000元= =
回國後把報案三聯單、簽單、信用卡帳單寄給保險公司，
昨天就把款項扣除1000自負額退下來了，
以前一直以為這個保險只是噱頭，
現在才相信真的是可以申請理賠的。
