全家店員是會技術性拒絕取貨刷卡嗎 - 信用卡

前天老婆幫忙去取貨
Yahoo拍賣960元
店員跟她說螢幕沒寫"信"就是不能用信用卡
所以她就現金付了
我就想起上個月 我繳勞動部就業安定基金
也是這樣跟我說沒寫“信”不能刷卡
我說這是公家的 應該可以刷
店員堅持螢幕沒有“信”就是不行
我說你就刷刷看嘛
他還是不要
我說那我不繳了 (撕下的)單子還我
這時另一個店員才出面說不然刷刷看好了
結果就刷過了
經過這兩次經驗
我發現去的這間全家會技術性阻擾刷卡代收
無論是不是公家款項
有沒有11/29無預警不能刷卡代收款項後
雖然金管會介入協調後
明明可以代收刷卡（網拍5000元以下）
但全家仍技術性不給刷卡呢？
還有如果真的是技術性不給刷
跟全家客服反應有用嗎？
