元大鑽金一卡通退款超雷 - 信用卡

由於此行優惠越來越少，所以今年5月中決定剪卡，還特別打給客服詢問一卡通裡面加值餘額，客服請我近日直接去超商過卡，即可停止自動加值，三天後會幫我把卡片鎖掉。兩日後去消費已被鎖卡，致電客服表示目前只能等一卡公司40日內退回銀行，可以折抵卡費或是直接退費，但我帳單都是1號來，所以只能直接申請退費。40日後又致電詢問退一卡通費用，表示退回元大帳戶需扣除手續費100$，他行帳戶需被扣除130$，除非還有本行信用卡可以直接轉去扣除卡費。聽完整個就是超級火火火！！！！！
雖然知道客服人員只是造公司政策走，只能請客服人員一定要跟剪卡的人交代清楚手續費這件事。
希望不會有人跟我一樣！！莫名被扣100$（p. s退款不會主動通知,若需辦理退費需自行致電銀行，超級爛）
