市場傳出，元大投信日前與證交所開會，共同研商ETF的「反分割」，以因應近來國際油
價大跌市場對原油ETF的投資熱潮。由於國際油價從4字頭突然掉到2字頭，近來在30美元
附近游走，吸引市場買盤大舉湧入，近來元大S＆P原油正2（00672L）進行追加額度2000
組（1組500張），再掀起市場搶購熱潮，原油ETF成為投資人重要投資標的。
受到此一利多消息的影響，元大S＆P原油正2今（13）日股價然展開攻勢，股價一路從早
盤最低的3.1元，一路拉升至最高3.94元，大漲12％以上，到中午12點成交量已放大至75
萬多張。
相關人士表示，之前對期信ETF設有下市機制，即當淨值跌至十分之一時，即2元時就要下
市，近日元大S＆P原油正2因淨值掉到3元以下，面臨2元的壓力，元大投信積極向主管機
關提出建議，希望能解除此一下市機制。
據了解，主管機關對於元大投信的建議持正面態度，認為原油等期貨商品ETF與VIX不同，
之前富邦VIX曾面臨淨值掉到2字頭，可能有下市之虞的情況不同，因富邦VIX的結構與原
油期貨商品ETF不同，富邦VIX有結算每年會損失20～30％的損失，然原油ETF並沒有這種
情況。最後結果仍有待主管機關近日拍板定案。
