好奇問一下,有什麼狀況是債務人有不動產抵押卻不跟銀行借1-2%反而跑去P2P跟你借1X%
利息的情況?
假設真的有不動產抵押好了,銀行會拒絕的大概是
1. 沒價值的爛標的
2. 已經貸過好幾胎的不動產,不是第一債權順序 → 這個好像要去地政查他項權利?
3. 持有人產權複雜銀行不想碰
不管哪個就是爛東西銀行覺得沒擔保價值所以才跟銀行借不到錢,既然這樣這東西的擔保
有跟沒有一樣,怎會覺得借錢給他很安全?
退一萬步莊家真不是詐騙好了,這跟當初雷曼把一堆爛房貸包成債券賣給投資人不是差不
多的意思?這投資風險也高到爆炸吧?
高風險追求高報酬就不要騙自己在投資了...
