健保費中斷 報稅相關問題 - 稅務

有個問題想請教板上各位前輩,
由於去年年底轉職的關係,健保中斷了一個月,
請問申報後寄給國稅局的相關文件,
是否要將繳費記錄連同其他相關文件(如繳費通知等文件),
一併寄出呢?
煩請板上的前輩能提供小弟一些意見,謝謝。
