恩...針對某些版友熱心提供大家"劣質業務銷售手法"
個人非常讚同!!
有預防受害的功用!!
但在幾乎跟業務有關的文章內 每篇都回覆相似的話
不外乎:
業務惡意誘導、話術欺騙、人情迫使等
導致保戶權益受損 所以業務BLA..BLA..BLA
但....
原文大多只是問:
我只是簽名沒繳錢 會有損失嗎? 答案:不會,沒給錢就不會有損失
業務說xx商品報酬率x% 真的嗎? 答案:假的,話術
這麼簡單的簡答問題 為什麼每篇文章都會被推得亂七八糟
往往都偏離文章主題的問題
因此強烈建議版主及這些熱心版友 能夠彙集成篇文章 永久置底
這樣文章推文不會亂 又能達到宣達的效果~何樂而不為呢~

另外 消費者意識抬頭 是好事
但不代表消費者永遠是對的 永遠無需負擔責任 因而無限上綱
例如:
xxx投資報酬有50% 內線消息快跟 跟了沒賺錢 自己有沒有責任? 因為貪
基於人情關係買保險 因此並無去了解投保內容 直接簽名投保 自己有無責任?
很多東西都是一線之隔 並無那麼絕對 但有時,消費者自己也是有責任的!
只是責任多寡罷了!! 不是嗎?
講這麼多 其實很多事情只要回歸簡單法理去判斷就好
畢竟真的上法院 只要沒有不實文宣 話術等證據 且均為親簽
保戶也是敗訴的!!!
所以討論應從"理性"面去討論,而非情緒面
而另外的可能行為,因為尚無發生僅做提醒功能
也不需跟理性討論的法理 去爭誰對誰錯
因為明明就不同的方向不同的事物 要爭對錯 那就實在太有深度了!
衷心期望~~不然保險版都膩了
