板上很少討論申訴率，但這是很重要的參考資訊之一
「促銷」確實是消費動力之一，板上對此也討論很多
但罰款、申訴、訴訟，是否為金融服務業重要的滿意度指標呢？
「羊毛出在羊身上」這道理人人都懂，但卻常常「偏向虎山行」

爬文看到有人拿「汽車事故率」比喻，我笑了
「汽車故障率」是看品牌，「汽車事故率」是看駕駛人
「申訴率」包含：
業務招攬、承保範圍、事故原因認定、理賠金額認定
所以是看什麼？
