我想問中國信託要怎麼辦理約定轉帳帳戶
因為有時錢會轉來轉去 當日很容易超過非約定帳戶規定
有人辦理過嗎 對了 如果辦理ＡＴＭ辦理好 是不是網銀上也是一樣適用
