中國信託真的超爛！！！！！爛到爆炸
上個月發現信用卡被盜刷，回覆給中國信託之後，中國信託把我的卡停掉之後，
並且說會補我一張新卡。結果等了一個多月都還沒寄來，也沒有任何聯絡電話，
昨天忍不住打電話去客服尋問，客服人員竟然說：
「抱歉，我們工作人員忘記幫您製作新卡了，請再等三天，新卡會寄到府上。」
靠！竟然還會忘記幫我製作新卡，真搞不懂中國信託的發卡流程怎麼跑的？信用
卡這麼重要的金融工具竟然會發生這種事情，中國信託的發卡流程也太不嚴謹了
吧！連這種「忘記」的事情都會發生，哪天再被盜刷我也不意外了。
