中信鼎極卡申請問題 - 信用卡

這次想要申請中信101的鼎極卡...
不過我有一些問題想問問各位版友....
我在現在的公司任職2年..是業務...
這次拿到的扣繳憑單是50萬..
手上銀行戶頭存款約20萬...
有信貸30萬..還了還剩15萬左右....
按造我的條件應該是不能申請鼎極卡的...
不過昨天和我們公司負責薪轉的業務聊了一下...
他認為可以送..因為是中信的薪轉戶...
現在我猶豫的是...
讓業務幫我送呢??還是自己上中信的網銀送??
大家會選哪一個??
ps中信的app裡只有101悠遊聯名鼎極卡..沒有一般的101鼎極卡可申請..只有網銀上有...
