三百萬的資金如何活用? - 理財

家裡土地被徵收,政府補償了300多萬,
這些錢可以說大部分是老爸的養老金,
因為身邊暫不缺錢,所以想好好活用.
因為明年底將結婚,所以有考慮在台北縣買房子,把父母接來住,
父母也覺得把小部分拿來作頭期款也ok,
但最近看房子後,發現動輒七八百萬的價位,
打拼20年每月要還3萬才cover的過,
對薪水少少的上班族真的很吃力,
我想~應該是沒有投資300萬,"每月"獲利3萬的理財工具吧?? @@a
(前提要風險小,穩定獲利)
既然房貸會讓生活品質變差,
所以想"租屋"算了,
依北縣2房的價位,預計大約每月15000,
所以想請教各為理財前輩,
有沒有哪種理財工具可以至少讓這300萬產生的獲利剛好cover掉租金?
ps.我自己有買兩支穩定成長型的基金(定期定額),未滿一年,約6%
我的風險承擔小,畢竟這些錢是老人家的老本.
所以本來是想其中100萬作保守的定存~
