三星表示正研發4nm工藝：5nm芯片也可大規模量產
三星電子今天發佈了2020財年第二季度財報。財報顯示，三星第二季度營收為52.97萬億
韓元(約合444.77億美元)，較上年同期的56.13萬億韓元下降5.63%；歸屬於三星母公司股
東的淨利潤為5.49萬億韓元(約合46.09億美元)，較上年同期的5.06萬億韓元增長8.38%。
財報中顯示，三星半導體部門第二季度銷售額為18.23萬億韓元(約合153.08億美元)，營
業利潤為5.43萬億韓元(約合45.60億美元)。
三星電子稱，因為客戶的庫存準備增長，公司芯片代工業務取得了創紀錄的季度和半年度
營收。不過，三星電子未在新聞稿中單獨公佈這項業務的營收。
三星電子還透露，已開始大規模量產5nm芯片，並且正在研發4nm工藝。在芯片代工業務領
域，三星電子目前位列第二。排名第一的是台積電，去年市場佔有率達52%。
在這之前，台積電在其官網披露的第二季度電話會議中提到了4nm工藝，並表示將啟動4nm
工藝作為5nm工藝的延伸。此外，4nm工藝將兼容5nm工藝的設計規則，較5nm工藝更有性價
比優勢，瞄準的是下一波的5nm產品，計畫在2022年大規模量產。
面對三星、台積電越來越快的倒入先進製程，不知道Intel接下來要怎麼改變打法了。
