我有一個公司前輩,他觀念跟你一樣
所以他年輕時在2004年時
就把他從長輩繼承的房子(在台北市)賣掉大約六百萬全砸去買中信金
然後去土城租一間兩房一廳的房子
一開始房租是從8500->現在漲到14000
每年股息大約可以領20幾萬!!!
真是羨慕啊...
