我試著回答看看

x價格下降產生替代效果與所得效果

替代效果使得在同一條無異曲線上X的消費量增加而Y的消費量減少

而X價格下降使實質所得增加

正的所得效果使X的消費量上升 而Y的消費量減少

所以替代效果加上所得效果使X價格下降對Y的消費量的總效果為負

在這種推論下應該是TRUE

這是小弟的拙見
