我在看到claim15時 想到一個問題
對於claim的敘述明不明確是否是一個主觀的問題?
15. In a computer having a memory storing actions, a method for
causing the computer to perform an action on a structure identified
in computer data, comprising the steps of:
receiving computer data;
detecting a structure in the data;
linking at least one action to the detected structure;
enabling selection of the structure and a linked action; and
executing the selected action linked to the selected structure.
今天如果單看這個claim
我似乎無法知道什麼是structure和action
當然是可以解釋說所有種類data的structure和任何action
不過這樣保護範圍就變得超大
不知道大家的看法是什麼?
(還是我的認知有點問題 其實這樣已經夠明確了?)
(還是一開始就寫大一點 等審查委員來挑問題 大不了再修?)
