然後尼說是"疫情期間還能炒作房價"
說真的喇
都到股版惹
心態應該要有積極性八
政府爛
那應該想想如何靠政府爛這件事賺錢R
實際上是這樣
政府沒打房
不代表房價噴到爽麻
事實就是尼這幾年買GG
比炒房好賺多惹
跟房子比較有關的簡單招
就增貸拿粗來買中華電
股利屌打房貸利率
有時候搞不懂某些人來股版是幹嘛der
到底是來賺錢還是來靠北靠目
說到這葛高房價
前陣子我高中同學買房
在華碩工作所以買在關渡旁邊山坡上
然後他說
差沒幾步路 台北門牌變新北門牌
價錢便宜30%
聽完我好像領悟惹捨摸
哈哈哈哈
回頭看看常常有人在噴基隆很爛

政府爛
那應該想想如何靠政府爛這件事賺錢R
實際上是這樣
政府沒打房
不代表房價噴到爽麻
事實就是尼這幾年買GG
比炒房好賺多惹
跟房子比較有關的簡單招
