是指 continuation application嗎?

就我的印象，ca是指同一個申請案的接續申請案… 應該不是新型吧~

第二則的意思應該是說，當申請人對原申請案(母案)提出接續申請案(子案)
而在接續申請案中提出修正或申復時，
必需提出相關說明，為何這些修正或申復不能在母案中提出。
