小弟本人的公司有所謂的ESPP(員工認股計畫) 股票發放的銀行為UBS
然後前一陣子開通了Firstrade的帳戶 UBS裡面的錢不想將錢匯回台灣
又入金到Firstrade 等於被剝兩層皮
所以一直再尋找直接從UBS匯錢到Firstrade的方法 不料網路上幾乎找不到資料
經過了跟同事的研究之後 知道了如何將UBS匯錢到Firstrade 也成功電匯進去了
秉持著用之於PTT 奉獻於PTT 所以將這個流程跟大家分享一下
流程如下
1. 登入UBS 帳戶
2. 點選 Transactions -> Cash Disbursements
3. 填寫要匯出的金額
4. 選擇 Wire Transfer to a U.S. Financial Institution (Fed. Funds Wire Fee
Applies) 並點下submit
5. UBS Financial Services Inc. - U.S. Financial Institution Wire Transfer
Form (Fed. Funds Wire Fee)
1. SECTION 1 - PARTICIPANT INFORMATION (REQUIRED)
1. Home Phone:* : 填寫自己電話 +886xxxxxxxxx
2. Work Phone:* : 填寫自己電話 +886xxxxxxxxx
2. SECTION 2 - YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION (REQUIRED)
1. Name of Your Bank:*: BMO Harris Bank
2. Your Bank's Phone #:*: +18472382265
3. Your Bank's Address: 111 W Monroe St, Chicago, IL 60603
4. Your Account Number:* : 1617711
5. Your Name as it Appears on the Account:* : Apex Clearing Corporation

3. SECTION 3 - FOR FURTHER CREDIT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Financial Institution: Apex Clearing Corporation
2. Your Name as it Appears on the Account: 填寫自己FT的英文姓名
3. Account Number: 自己FT的帳戶共8碼
4. 打勾 I hereby authorize the transfer of proceeds by wire.*
5. 打勾 Save as Standing Instructions.
6. 點選submit
7. 下一頁繼續點選submit
6. 等待幾天會收到匯款成功的e-mail (我是前一天下午匯出 隔天早上立馬入帳)
P.S. 手續費為US $25 直接從匯款的金額中扣除 例如匯10025 FT到帳為10000
