去年有填過FTIN, 寫了台灣的身份字號回傳,
今年又收到了, 但和去年格式有差,
少了填身份字號的欄位, GOOGLE到的教學都是去年格式,
不知道要怎麼填, 請問有大大今年有收到嗎? 能否指點, 感謝

Important: Some countries have signed an InterGovernmental Agreement
with the United States.
If you are associated with a country that has an InterGovernmental
Agreement with the United States and/or is identified in Revenue
Procedure 2016-56, you will need to either provide a Foreign Tax
ID Number (FTIN) on Line 6 of your W-8BEN or explain why you are
unable to comply by completing the Attachment to the IRS Form W-8.
If you are not associated with a country that is recognized by
either document, you do not have to complete Line 6 of the W-8BEN
or the Attachment to the IRS Form W-8.
