SPY的11人 - ETF

SPY算是美國相當大的一個ETF, 可是這個ETF是有終止期的.
在SPY的Prospectus裡面有寫到:
The Trust is scheduled to terminate on the first to occur of
(a) January 22, 2118 or
(b) the date 20 years after the death of the last survivor of eleven
persons named in the Trust Agreement, the oldest of whom was born
in 1990 and the youngest of whom was born in 1993.

簡單說就是SPY會在 (a) 2118年1月22日終止
(b) Trust Agreement上的11個人死後20年終止

名單上的11個人都在1990~1993年出生 現在大概23~25歲


這些人到底是誰阿? 為什麼SPY要這樣設計?
