今天在使用LinePay一卡通透明卡消費時,
LinePay被自動加值了兩次,卻只有一次入帳
也就是說,LinePay一卡通帳戶被扣了1000,卻只有加值500到卡片上
目前詢問客服,他說回應要五個工作天以上
調查後如果確實有這種情形,才會退還
整個處理態度也很慵懶,感覺沒有很積極幫忙
個人是覺得很扯,這種金融相關的產品還有這種BUG
以後不會想再用LinePay相關產品
