我讀了很久，看了不太懂，程度不夠有點吃力。因此，想請教。

finding a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended with
respect to U.S.Patent Nos. 8,600,553 and 9,038,233 and no violation with
respect to U.S. Patent Nos. 6,809,490 and 8,474,090.

上面是指，ITC的決定認為：
針對U.S.Patent Nos. 8,600,553 and 9,038,233 有侵權。
針對U.S. Patent Nos. 6,809,490 and 8,474,090 沒有侵權。

這樣的想法，是對的嗎？
