前陣子買了美國鋼鐵的債券

United States Steel Corporation has offered to purchase up to 300,000,000 USD
aggregate principal amount of its outstanding notes, including the 6.875%
Senior Notes due 2029.
Terms of the offer are as follows (subject to proration):
Option 1 - Take no action
Option 2 - Tender notes for cash: 945.00 USD + 50.00 USD Early Tender Premium
+ Accrued Interest per 1,000 Principal Amount tendered

如果是的話
要怎麼評估可以給他回購 或是不要呢?
