GameStop飆漲最重要幕後推手身份被找出 為34歲金融顧問
據《每日郵報 (Daily Mail)》等媒體報導，公開資訊及社群媒體貼文顯示，帶動這波 GameStop(GME-US) 軋空漲勢的，是一位來自麻薩諸塞州的 34 歲的金融顧問 Keith Patrick Gill。
34 歲的 Gill 曾在保險巨頭 MassMutual 任職，他在網路上的身份包括 YouTube 主播 Roaring Kitty，以及 WallStreetBets 論壇上最知名的用戶「DeepF *** ingValue」，正是透過這一帳號發表系列貼文，號召大量散戶湧入 GameStop，軋爆做空這支股票的避險基金。
這一事件已經引起美國國會、白宮、證券交易委員會 (SEC) 等機構關注，紐約總檢察長也在調查此事。
2019 年 9 月，他首度在 Reddit 論壇發文，看好 GameStop 潛力，並買入了大量期權和股票。他透過螢幕擷圖，表示已經已投資 5.3 萬美元，獲利 4.6 萬美元。
最近一段時間，他也一直發文及發表視頻，看好這家正掙扎的遊戲零售商，並分享個人交易利潤。
Gill 在 YouTube 直播中說，他分享了自己的投資方式，以幫助觀眾正確地建立自己的投資過程。他補充說：「在此一過程中，我不提供個人投資建議或股票推薦。」
根據他在 Reddit 的發文說法，到本周三，Gill 在 GameStop 的股票和期權投資中上漲了 4000% 以上，他的 GME 部位已近 4800 萬美元。
一些律師表示，Gill 和其他 Reddit 用戶在談論 GME 方面所發揮的非比尋常的作用，可能會引起監管機構的審查。但是他們強調，可能最終證明不了什麼。
前 SEC 執法律師 Jacob Frenkel 表示，最終的問題將是，人們是否出於誘使他人購買股票的目的，而發布了虛假或誤導性資訊。
