【新里程碑】Apple Pay、Android Pay 9月底開放

果粉歡呼！政黨輪替前，前閣揆張善政最後一項開放措施「開放Apple Pay」，終於將在9
月底開放上路，金管會主委丁克華今日表示，透過手機載具的新型支付型態預計9月底開
放，也就是說，不僅果粉引頸期盼的Apple Pay，甚至連Samsung Pay、Andriod Pay，最
快也都可在年底前上路。
丁克華表示，在今日宣布的「金融科技發展推動計畫」10項措施第一項「擴大行動支付創
新運用」，就是開放Apple Pay，這項政策在中秋節前報行政院，9月底前確定開放，而金
管會之前曾表示希望Apple Pay調降手續費，丁克華表示，蘋果支付好像沒有講要降費，
但金管會還是會開放這些行動新種支付方式，並確定9月底前開放。（王立德／台北報導
