問題:
To induce a shift to right of the supply curve for gasoline, what should we do to
attempt this goal?
(A) To encourage the use of public transportation through subsidy
(B) To reduce tariff levied on automobiles of high fuel efficiency
(C) To subsidize heavily in the research of alternative energy sources.
(D) To enforce higher environmental standard on gas drilling.
(E) Any of the above will do.

我的想法:

我這邊答案是C 我對於其他選項是這樣想的

(a)X 對供給無幫助 僅是減少對石油的需求

(b)X 增加石油需求

(d)X 減少供給

因此用刪去法的話 似乎只剩下C 但是我還是不懂為什麼會是C
也不確定我這樣的想法是否正確
