請問一下有人遇過這兩個付款都失敗的嗎...剛剛去超商要寄東西，街口刷完顯示支付失敗，請我跟發卡銀行確認，但我是用中華郵政的visa金融卡，確認過裡面還有餘額的...改用samsung pay 花旗也都失敗....跑回家拿現金..有人遇過這種狀況嗎？
