30萬怎麼投資理財 - 理財

目前的理財規劃：薪水1個月4萬3千元
1.每年6萬儲蓄險，目前第3年，繳6年後利息可到6％-8％（家人幫我買的）
2.手上預留15萬現金，因應緊急和其他生活開支
3.每個月1萬5的房貸，房子在板橋（養房可以算投資吧?）
4.規劃買中鋼
去年多存了30萬
不想再拿去買儲蓄險或定存（因為很怕降息）
昨天就去台銀證券開戶
爬文後打算先從中鋼下手
因為是投資新手
所以腦袋裡其實沒有投資概念
看投資理財的書真的也是一頭霧水
目前的理財想法是：買不起中華電信只能買中鋼
以不賠為原則，低價買進但不賣，賺每年的配息配股
我想知道的是：1.中鋼可拿來做長期投資嗎?
2.股價30元以內就算低價嗎?
請各位理財先進和專家提供意見和想法
