中央健保署統計,去年補充保費繳最多個案是台北市70歲包租公,租金收入就達新台幣
1.6億元,上繳310萬元補充保費;另一名20多歲年輕人靠租金年賺9895萬元,是前3名中
最年輕個案。
衛生福利部中央健康保險署自公元2013年開徵全民健康保險補充保費,繳納者有雇主與一
般保險對象,主要課徵股利所得、高額獎金、租金收入、兼職薪資所得、利息所得與執行
業務收入,目前費率1.91%。
健保署最新統計,去年雇主負擔約257.88億元、一般保險對象貢獻217.23億元,後者包含
股利所得95.38億元、高額獎金61.41億元、租金收入28.25億元、兼職薪資所得18.23億元
、利息所得6.38億元與執行業務收入7.57億元。
健保署承保組科長馮嘉柔受訪時表示,景氣一直以來是影響補充保費收入重要因素,相較
2018年,2019年股利所得增加近4億元最多,減少最多是利息所得,較2019年少收約2億元
,主要是2018年公務人員存款利率調整,其他項目大多持平或略增。
去年6類補充保費單一繳納金額最高個案為5男1女,年齡落在20歲到80歲,大多集中在台
北。
租金收入方面,台北信義區70歲包租公一年補充保費就繳310萬元,換算租金收入達1.6億
元,這名個案已連5年居首位,5年來繳納補充保費超過1000萬元。
值得注意的是,去年租金收入第3名是台北大安區一名20多歲年輕人,一年繳交補充保費
達189萬元,換算租金收入達9895萬元,是開徵補充保費以來,首度擠進繳費金額前3名最
年輕個案。
高額獎金王為台中市北屯區50多歲男性,領取獎金達5811萬元,上繳111萬元補充保費;
兼職薪資所得王是台北士林區80多歲男子,靠兼職大賺1.1億元,上繳補充保費228萬元。
執行業務收入方面由台北大安區60多歲男子居冠,靠專技工作年賺1.5億元,貢獻298萬元
補充保費;股利所得王為台北中正區70多歲男性,股利所得達1.1億元,上繳226萬元補充
保費。
利息所得冠軍是一名台北松山區女性,利息所得達5759萬元,共繳110萬元補充保費。

一年收租幾千萬,打趴目前檯面上的所有存股老師(台面上的存股老師總資產大概頂多三
、四千萬而已),難怪房價會不斷創新高,投資房地產比投資股市穩多了。股市會崩盤,
大多數人都會遇到領股息賠本金狀況,但即使股市崩盤,房租一樣每個月要繳而且還無
法打折。房價長期往上根本無法擋。現在的政治人物哪一個人不是有房子幾間以上,即
使年輕的政治人物都有房地產,所有有錢有權的人都知道房地產是比股市更好更穩的資
產配置。
