歐洲央行周四決議調高基準利率一碼，由1.25%調高至1.5%。
該行動一如預期，亦為三個月來第二度升息。
歐洲央行總裁特里謝在每月的記者會上說，央行周四的升息決議，獲得投票一致通過，但
執行委員會並未決議連續升息。
他重申央行絕不會事先承諾未來的利率行動，並說周四升息的決議，將有助穩定抑制通貨
膨脹的預期。
在記者會上，特里謝面對系列有關希臘，葡萄牙與歐元區債務危機的問題，他說歐洲央行
的決議，係為整體歐元區而做，升息將有利於歐元區所有國家。

7 July 2011 - Monetary policy decisions
At today's meeting the Governing Council of the ECB took the following
monetary policy decisions:
The interest rate on the main refinancing operations of the Eurosystem will
be increased by 25 basis points to 1.50%, starting from the operation to be
settled on 13 July 2011.
The interest rate on the marginal lending facility will be increased by 25
basis points to 2.25%, with effect from 13 July 2011.
The interest rate on the deposit facility will be increased by 25 basis
points to 0.75%, with effect from 13 July 2011.
The President of the ECB will comment on the considerations underlying these
decisions at a press conference starting at 2.30 p.m. CET today.
