教育學費特別扣除 - 稅務

請問有關教育學費特別扣除
如果我去年只有唸到一月(98.1)
也就是上學期結束
下學期沒有唸的話
今年報稅是報去年的嘛(98.1~98.12)
這樣今年報稅可以報"教育學費特別扣除"這一項嗎?
