怪異的claim - 專利

9. The method of providing user interface displays in an image forming
apparatus which is really a bogus claim included amongst real claims,
and which should be removed before filing; wherein the claim is included
to determine if the inventor actually read the claims and the inventor
should instruct the attorneys to remove the claim.

不知道是attorney惡搞發明人還是怎樣
居然出現這樣像在問卷中測試性的claim
不過attorney已經在preliminary amendment中delete掉這項claim
要不然肯定變成無效專利的XD

到底是什麼情況 會演變成這樣尷尬的場面呢:p
