exhibit increasing ,constant or decresing returns to scale?

what happens to the marginal product of each individual factor

is increased and the other factor held constant?

因為我們老師沒有提到cobb-douglas 我們同學有人說跟邊際效用遞減法則有關

所以想請問大家 這題應該是什麼觀念 我都解不出來> <
